All flowers and decorations on the cakes are handmade out of sugar and the attention to detail is paramount and is reflected in every cakes we make. We are a home based business with all cakes being made using fresh organic ingredients where available. The white almond marzipan and sugarpaste is also of high quality. Cakes are made from a choice of Madeira sponge in plain,vanilla or lemon - rich chocolate cake using high cocoa content solid chocolate - moist carrot cake or fruit cake made with vine fruits soaked in sherry and then laced with brandy. However some designs can only be made in Madeira due to the fact that it can be sculptured well into shaped cakes depending on the designs. Buttercream Fillings - Plain buttercream, vanilla,  vanillla and jam, orange, zesty lemon, coffee or chocolate.
